At Rosso Coffee Melbourne, we take pride in the quality of our beans and equipment, but if your order isn't quite right, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we offer returns on equipment and exchanges for damaged goods to ensure you always have the perfect brew.

Email our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

We will review your request and, if applicable, provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to our Melbourne roastery.

Ensure the items are unused and in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit; please note that opened coffee bags cannot be returned.
