We roast our beans daily in our Melbourne facility. Every bag is stamped with a roast date to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible, typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of roasting.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship nationwide across Australia. We use express couriers to ensure that our Melbourne-roasted quality reaches your doorstep while the flavor profile is at its peak.
Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?
Yes! You can choose your favorite blend and select a delivery frequency that suits your caffeine needs. Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time through your account dashboard.
What is your return policy on food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or if the packaging is damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
